First Blog Project Old Window Family Rules

So funny story; a little over a year ago I didn't even know what a blog was really!  Kind of strange to me now, but I didn't have friends that blogged or even spoke about them!  Most of you probably don't know but I work full-time, so I didn't spend much of my "home time" on the computer.  I am on the computer all day at work, so at home I usually just work on my little crafty goodies, rearrange my furniture (I am a constant furniture mover, any of those out there?...hubs hates it), and paint my house (another problem, I get sick of colors pretty quickly).  Well almost a year ago I had my third munchkin..I can't believe this year has gone so fast!  I got bored pretty quickly at home on maternity leave.  Luckily for me my awesome brother in law knew my love for old goodies and brought me a stack of old windows from a job he was doing, Whoop!  I had them stacked on the side of the house and since I was bored, I thought I would Google "Old Window Ideas".  Guess what I found?  My first decorating/DIY home blog obsession!  Home Stories from A to Z!  I think I was up up until about 2am scouring this website!  I was in love!  From there I was lead to so many more inspirations my brain was exploding!  I wanted to share with you all my first project that I found on Beths website.

Family Rules Old Window-here is my project done from A to Z tutorial.  I changed a few things (you know I had to add my own touch, lol)

You can find the tutorial on how to make this cute project here!  Beth really inspired me, I am so glad I found her blog and got "sucked" into home decor blogs, I absolutely love them!

I am a lucky girl to have these windows huh?  I have a matching set of this particular style, I just scraped it down a bit and left it!  I love!  Don't you love finding projects from all these creative people all over the world?  So awesome!
Have an inspired day!
